Onion Sets Heat Treated Setton (200g Pack) Outstanding! A well established and reliable variety with excellent skin quality, good yields and delicious flavour! Good bolt resistance and keeps well. These sets are specially heat treated over a period of 20 weeks to reduce the risk of premature bolting (running to seed). As a result of this process the skins of the sets become darker and the moisture content lower and initial growth may be slower than normal. However, the growth soon speeds up and the results wil be significantly better than un-treated sets.
