Sarpo
Mira Potatoes from Thompson & Morgan Quick Links to Buy Your Seed Potatoes Dobies Seed Potatoes (All) Suttons Seed Potatoes (All) Thompson & Morgan Potatoes (All) Delivery costs mean mail order seed potatoes are more expensive than buying from local stores but they do offer a wider range and all the above suppliers give excellent quality potatoes, Thompson & Morgan have the best range and supply many seed in 10 tuber packs, useful for trials of multiple varieties. They also supply the fantastic Sarpo Mira blight resistant potatoes. These were the only maincrop potatoes left standing on our allotment site. Dobies are also offering hessian sacks for storing your potatoes. Hessian is ideal, it keeps your potatoes dark, preventing greening, and allows them to breathe stopping condensation. Top tip: drop a few slug pellets into the sack and any hidden slugs will stop destroying your crop in store when they come out to eat the pellets. Perfectly wild life safe - they're in store!
